The NEWLY redesigned DESERT Bumper has been updated to be be wider, stronger, lighter and sportier. The Bumper still uses the beefy 1 1/4" tubing but it now reaches a full 21" wide and is swept back 10 degrees to better follow the lines of the newer ATV's. It also has the extended face plate which comes up higher to better protect the Radiator but will not restrict air flow. The incorporated skid plate still protects the the frame and keeps the frame plate leading edge from digging in as well as aids in overcoming obstacles in its path.

Peter Horbury, presently Vice President of Design at Volvo Car Corporation, is set to join a growing roster of design directors who have relocated to China – the most recent being Gert Hildebrandt who was appointed Design Director at Chery Quantum Auto Co. (a joint venture between Chery Automobile, China's largest independent car manufacturer, and Israel Corp.) earlier this year. Horbury, who will be taking up a new position as Senior Vice President of Design at Geely Group, will be based in Sanya, in the Hainan Province of China.
