To return an item you must contact us by phone 419-491-1825 within the 30 day period to obtain a RMA number (return material authorization).

Shipping
We usually ship within 1-4 business days of receiving cleared payment. Unless otherwise noted, Buyer pays shipping. We will not ship freight items and some larger or fragile parts outside of the 48 US states. For large items that must be shipped via Freight Truck (i.e. engines, transmissions), the delivery site must be a commercially zoned address capable of unloading a freight truck.
We can also arrange for you to pick up your freight item at your local freight terminal. For an accurate residential freight quote, please contact us before your purchase. If for some reason our shipping cost is greatly over this estimate, we reserve the right to ask for additional funds or an alternate ship to address.
Our business hours are from 8-5:30 M-F EST. time. All Non-Freight items will be sent via UPS ground unless agreed otherwise. If you need 2nd day air or Next day air service please call us directly for best results. You may also add this service during checkout but we can only guarantee shipment of these orders if it is placed before 12:00 pm ET. Ahead of a debut at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show, Mercedes has revealed the new E63 AMG saloon and Estate and the E63 AMG S. Just as we saw the other day, the 2013 E63 AMG – both saloon and estate – get a bold new treatment, particularly at the front, to differentiate further the AMG from the more prosaic E Class models. The more butch front end gets the new single headlight treatment of the regular E Class, but there’s a central splitter and great big air ducts forming an AMG ‘A’ shape to improve air flow under the car.

Sebastian Vettel had a chance to take the 2013 F1 drivers title in Japan, but Alonso managed to spoil that by finishing in fourth spot. But there seems little to stop Vettel taking the title in India tomorrow after a dominant display put him in pole position for tomorrow’s race.
