Project Car Hell, Genuine Muscle Cars Edition: AMC Rebel Machine or Mercury Cyclone Spoiler II?
Tue, 29 Apr 2014Once again, the hinges of the Hell Garage gates -- lubricated with the purest Unobtainium-239 -- creak open and bring us to another installment of Project Car Hell. Last week, we offered two options for your eternal torment, a straight-8 Packard and a straight-8 Buick, and we just love those classic Detroit cars! Renault Laguna Coupe Monaco GP special edition announced
Tue, 20 Apr 2010The Renault Laguna Coupe Monaco GP Special Edition We were going to report that Renault were releasing the Laguna Coupe Monaco GP Special Edition a week or so ago, but we actually thought it was a France-only model. But Renault have decided that the slightly odd looking Renault Laguna Coupe will be available as the Monaco GP Special Edition this side of the Channel as well, so best we give you the gen.
MINI Rocketman could be heading for production – if BMW can find a chassis
Fri, 29 Nov 2013The ‘Mini’ MINI Rocketman (pictured) could go in to production The MINI Rocketman Concept was revealed at the Geneva Motor Show in 2011 as a smaller MINI than the one BMW were selling at the time, and it looked like BMW were considering going the smaller route to make the MINI more fun. But with the 2014 MINI now revealed, BMW has gone the opposite route by underpinning the new MINI with the UKL platform that will also underpin the next BMW 1 Series, and made the latest MINI even bigger than the last one. But it seems BMW still see mileage in a ‘Mini MINI’ and appear keen to find a way to make the Rocketman a production reality.
