The 4-channel x 45 watt stereo and AM/FM receiver is equipped with an auxiliary input for plugging in an iPod, CD player, satellite radio , and is wired remote ready. All JBL CD players have built-in ESP, Electronic Shock Protection. By temporarily spinning a disc faster than normal, it stores the music ahead of time, virtually eliminating skipping on choppy water.

To resist water, circuit boards are encapsulated in a PUC moisture coating that dramatically increases reliability. The receiver has an installation size of 7-1/8" W x 2-1/8" H x 6-3/4" D cutout. Overall dimensions are 7-5/16" W x 2-1/4" H x 6-3/4" D. It produces little heat, boasts low power consumption and is easy to install. It features pre-amp fader control, electronic volume control, volume attenuator, random/repeat play
