You will receive four decals as pictured. The decals are made for Johnson 88 Spl V4. They can be used on hoods from 1985 thru the 90's with sides that measure 20 inches (50.8 CM) These decals are not OEM. Design and color will differ from originals. Decals are made using vinyl rated at 6 years outdoors. For more endurance the hood can be clear coated with clear enamel. Colors are silver stripes,red stripe with white text over black. These deals are not prints but are made from a solid color vinyl. These decals wrap from the sides to the rear and end up under rear applique. You may or may not have appliques or may choose not to keep appliques. You can trim the decals at the rear to best fit your application. If you want the decals to fit inside your specific appliques you can provide measurements. The default measurements are 4 7/8 x 6 1/8 for front and rear appliques. Use message to seller for specific measurements for appliques. I will include easy to follow instructions. |

Fri, 31 Jul 2009Production versions of the BMW 7 Series & X6 ActiveHybrid will show at Frankfurt The Concepts for the ActiveHybrids were originally shown in 2008, and the production models are expected to be pretty much the same. They are in effect ‘Mild’ Hybrids, using a 20hp electric motor – with an additional 155lb/ft of torque – to add efficiency to the 4.4 litre twin-turbo V8. The electric motor will be fitted in the transmission housing and replaces stuff like the alternator and starter.
Volvo’s ‘Drive Me’ is the world’s first large-scale autonomous driving pilot project
Mon, 02 Dec 2013Yes, you’ll be able to chat on the phone when the Volvo does the driving for you Like it or not, we’re rapidly moving to the point where autonomous cars will be the norm, with the driver only being involved in the act of driving by choice. Volvo – unsurprisingly with their stated goal of making sure no one dies in a Volvo in future – is at the forefront of the move to autonomous driving, and have teamed up with the Swedish Transportation Administration, the Swedish Transport Agency, Lindholmen Science Park and the City of Gothenburg in a project called ‘Drive Me - Self-driving cars for sustainable mobility’. The project kicks off next year with customer research and the development of the necessary technology and Volvo aims to have 100 autonomous cars on the roads of Gothenburg by 2017, where they’ll be driving round approximately 50 kms of selected roads, including commuter roads, motorways and regular queues.
