K&n 69-8607 Typhoon Performance Air Intake System on 2040-parts.com
Morgan Hill, California, US
K&N 69-8607 Typhoon performance
air intake system, used, in very good condition. This includes a K&N washable
cotton air filter, in excellent condition. Designed for a Toyota Scion TC years
2005-2006. (2.4L engine) It will give about 6 horsepower improvement
over the stock intake. It was removed from our 2005
Scion TC when we purchased it, in order to pass the California smog inspection.
The car only had 30K miles on it, and was in excellent condition. This
K&N air intake system has been stored since then. NOT CARB approved (not legal on streets in
California). Instructions and dyno test results included. All hardware plus new vibration mount are included. NOTE 1: The black Drycharger (cover that slips over the air
filter) is NOT stained. The white areas in the photo are due to sunlight
reflecting off the cover. NOTE 2: "The K&N cold air intake system is a
performance product that can be used safely during mild weather conditions.
During harsh and inclement weather conditions, you must convert your cold air
intake system to a short ram configuration, or return your vehicle to the stock
OEM air box and intake tract configuration." NOTE 3: Used in very good condition. There are some cosmetic
marks/scratches on the elbow shaped tube that would not affect the operation in
any way.
