Good looking used assembly from a 1978 KZ1000 A2. This is a good solid assembly, no cracks, breaks. No roadrash or problems. It is very clean to use now. Base has few spots of pitting on the outside. Once assembled with the bracket and tail it will be hardly noticeable. All of the wiring is good and the interior is excellent on the socket. Great part to use now on anything except a pristine quality restoration. Genuine Kawasaki part that fits several other nodels. Design features that incorporated sustainability materials and efficiency were also considered important components of the design development.

Nor will it probably surprise you that it doesn’t actually have a 6.0 litre lump lurking under the bonnet as its name suggests. Instead, it has a 5.0 litre V8 and some electrickery in the shape of a pair of electric motors which, in concert with the V8, produce 438bhp, directed to all four wheels through a CVT ‘box.
