GUIDES- Phosphor bronze liners provide excellent heat conductivity and wear resistance exceeding the OEM guide specifications. It also provides an economical alternative to solid bronze guides, especially in applications where they are not available from the aftermarket. The process involves boring the stock guide and pressing in the phosphor bronze sleeve. It is then swaged in place and precision diamond honed to the correct clearance.

SEATS- Valve seats are cut using carbide cutters in Serdi equipment. This provides a precision multi-angle valve job which far exceeds the performance of the factory seat profiles. Valve faces are re-ground in centerless valve grinding equipment and the tips are ground to remove pitting from tappets. Final vacuum testing ensures a quality valve job.

ASSEMBLY- All parts are carefully cleaned and inspected. Only serviceable parts will be re-used. Heads are re-assembled with new quality viton seals and assembly lube. Deck surfaces are checked for flatness and dressed.

Performance upgrades are also available including porting and custom valves in both standard and oversize.
