Kenworth Custom Shop Manual, compiled specifically for Chassis 160733.  Front cover has previous owner's name marked, very light wear elsewhere on the outside; insides CLEAN!  Contains lots of maintenance and service info; I'm guessing about 150 - 200 pages.  Inside are various smaller manuals for various parts.  Binding is strong!  Manual is way too large for a USPS flat rate envelope, shipping via USPS medium flat rate box.  Int'l purchasers inquire first!

Chapters include: Hubs/Wheels/Tires, Front Axle, Rear Axle, Brakes, Air System, Main Transmission, Auxilliary Transmission & Transfer Case, Clutch, Propeller Shaft, Frame, Cab, Cooling System, Engine, Instrumentation, Electrical, Steering, Suspension, Lubrication & Filters, Miscellaneous (5th wheel setting, Coasting/Towing, Overseas Shipping, Metric Conversion), & Noise Control System

Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon recalled for missing hood latch

Thu, 20 Dec 2012

General Motors is recalling a group of 2010-2012 Chevy Colorado and GMC Canyon trucks because they could be missing a second hood latch. If the primary latch is not engaged, the hood could open while driving, increasing the risk of a crash. Nearly 120,000 pickups are affected.

Cannonball Run seminar at Amelia Island was one for the ages

Mon, 21 Mar 2011

I don't think I've been to a bad car show, and that includes the local Kamaro Klub in the Dairy Queen parking lot. But I tend to judge the shows by the afterglow--how much you remember a day or two after the event. I tend to remember a lot after every Amelia Island Concours d'Elegance, and that is mostly because the founder, Bill Warner, uses his annual North Florida show to do exactly what you and I would do if we ran a big show--invite our heroes to come talk and invite the cars we'd like to look at ourselves.

Maserati GS Zagato

Fri, 20 Apr 2007

This is a the one-off Maserati GS Zagato commissioned by the entrepreneur Paolo Boffi and due for its public debut at the Concours d'Elegance at the Villa d'Este, Italy on the 20th April, a year after the debut of the Zagato-designed Ferrari 575GTZ. This Zagato design is based on the platform of the Maserati Spyder which itself is based on a shortened platform of the recently replaced Coupe. The GS consciously evokes the classic Maserati A6 G Zagato of 1954 in its form, and like that design also has an all aluminium body.
