Quality.. Plain & Simple...It's that easy. Lokar bases their entire business on the simple ideals of manufacturing a quality product and providing quality service, before and after the sale. We will not compromise that ideal. Our commitment is to provide the automotive aftermarket enthusiast with the best possible products and service. We pride ourselves in the availability, reliability and versatility of all our products. When Lokar began it's operation in 1988, the goals were simply to make a better product than what was available, and to design products which would be simpler to install, more versatile in application and affordable all at the same time. We continue to strive for those goals every day. We have been able to maintain quality control over the years by becoming more self-sufficient in the manufacturing process. Our facility houses nearly all of the manufacturing processes necessary to guarantee our customers a quality product. This includes CNC mills and lathes operated by factory trained machinists, to produce consistent quality aluminum and steel parts; welding and finishing work to guarantee the durability and finish of our products and assemblers and packers who are trained to provide you with the quality we expect. Our entire product line is assembled, packaged and shipped by a full time staff from our location. We are here to assist our customers after the sale too! The Land Rover Discovery Vision Concept has been unveiled ahead of its official debut at the New York Auto Show on Wednesday 16 April. The bold concept car hints at how an all-new, fourth-generation version of the family 4x4 will look and also sets the tone for an entire family of Discovery models. Land Rover confirmed last week that the Vision Concept would give a taste of the design language that will be used on more than one Discovery model.
How badly do you want the baddest Camaro built today? When the Z/28 goes on sale this spring, expect to pay $75,000 for it -- or $75,695 with that pesky destination charge tacked on. If you remember, the hotly anticipated Z/28 was one of the big stars at the New York auto show this past March.
The 2014 Fiat 500 arrives in the UK
It’s hard to update a car that’s already a pastiche of an original, so Fiat has been very cautious with the updates for the Fiat 500 for 2014, although there are some welcome improvements. One modern change is the arrival of a 7″ TFT digital instrument display – standard on the 500S and 500 CULT and optional on 500 Lounge versions – which does a good job of mimicking the 500′s analogue instruments but with a central section that can be configured to display stuff like trip information and allows for more detailed information on everything from gear shifts to SatNav info (where specced). The biggest mechanical update comes with the arrival of a 104bhp version of the 0.9 litre TwinAir engine promising 0-62mph in 10 seconds (and it’ll feel a lot quicker) and official economy of 67.3mpg (you’ll get a lot less).
