DESCRIPTION
Improves Exhaust Flow. Replace those power robbing factory catalytic converters and release hidden power with a Magnaflow Off-road X-Pipe. Featuring a Tru-X "X" style crossover and free-flowing mandrel-bent piping, this high performance x-pipe dramatically improves exhaust flow. Magnaflow's Off-road X-pipe out performs the restrictive factory catted H-pipe by producing more horsepower and torque at the rear wheels.

Race Car Growl. This free flowing Magnaflow Tru-X X-pipe for the 1986 to 1993 V8 Mustang's not only increases power, but with its modern "X" crossover pipe design it also adds a crisp raspy, race car growl to the sound of your exhaust.

Magnaflow High Flow Construction. Magnaflow uses free-flowing 2.5" mandrel bent  tubing that has a consistent diameter throughout the entire length of the pipe, even at the bends to provide excellent exhaust flow that results in more power at the rear wheels.

Application. This Magnaflow Tru-X Off-road X-pipe is designed as a direct bolt-on for the 1986-1993 5.0 LX, GT, and SVT Cobra Mustangs with either aftermarket short tube headers or the factory manifolds and a dual catback exhaust installed. Intended for off-road, track use only, does not include catalytic converters.

Scuola Politecnica di Design Milan 2007

Fri, 13 Jul 2007

Milan, Italy is well known for being a style center, so it's fairly apt that there is a design school based in one of the most fashionable and creative areas of the city. Scuola Politecnica di Design has been molding new designers for over 50 years and has a program specifically devised for students seeking to master the art of transportation design. On June 29th the school held its annual degree show, and Car Design News went to Milan to see what the students in the Masters Course had dreamt up. This year marked the second time that Audi sponsored the course, giving students a brief that consisted of creating "a sporty, small lifestyle car for the 'Generation Mobile'": a small car for young customers living in urban areas that would also be accustomed to using iPods.
