This is a marine Ford 460/7.5L replacement motor for Mercruiser/OMC and others. Reverse rotation and twin drive motors are available too, please ask! This same motor is also available for automotive/light truck applications, please inquire.

All longblocks have the following work done: Hot tanked Magnafluxed Bored on a Kwik-Way FN Honed on Sunnen equipment with Sunnen stones All rods are resized using Sunnen equipment All cranks are ground and polished Three angle valve job Heads are resurfaced The following parts are replaced: Main Bearings-Clevite Rod bearings-Clevite Cam bearings-Durabond Pistons-Sealed Power Rings-Hastings Oil Pump-Melling Camshaft-Melling Marine Lifters-Sealed Power Timing Set-Melling Brass freeze plugs All longblocks include a complete Fel-Pro marine gasket set and Melling oil pump to complete the installation. All motors are painted using the high-temp engine enamel and can be painted any color! This as close to a custom built engine you'll ever find! We can also build motors to your specifications; please inquire! All motors are sold OUTRIGHT! There are no core returns to fuss with, no worries about deductions on your core deposit or having to worry about coming up with a block to return because yours is cracked! Miami-based ADV.1 Wheels is building a business fueled by a social-media approach that includes car-forum interaction, photo shoots and short films on the Internet. The company launched a Facebook fan page in late March, has received more than 59,000 “likes” and aims for 100,000--at which point ADV.1 Wheels has promised to give away a set of the company’s Trakfunction wheels.

2014 Volvo S80 grabs IIHS Top Safety Pick Plus+
Thu, 19 Dec 2013The second-generation Volvo S80 has been with us since 2008, and just a year before its scheduled replacement with an all-new model it has managed to grab a Top Safety Pick+ rating from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS). The S80 now joins its XC90, XC60, and S60 siblings in receiving this accolade, which was instituted just last year when the IIHS created a new type of crash test called the small overlap test. The small overlap test is designed to recreate a rather typical road accident scenario, one which hadn't been added to the roster of crash tests by most vehicle organizations.
