This is for a used Mercedes Steering wheel Horn Air Bag Contact Ring.  See photos.  This is off a 1998 SLK230 with 62k miles.

This may fit on other Mercedes models and years.  Compare part number.  Buyer is responsible to make sure this works on your vehicle; please check with dealer before bidding.  Sold as is.

Buyers outside the US will need to email me prior to bidding to get shipping costs.

I am parting out a 1998 and 2001 SLK230; both are very clean low mileage cars with less than 65k miles.  I have other SLK parts listed on ebay.  Send a message if you need something specific listed.  I can combine shipping for items that can be shipped together safely.

Audi Traffic Light Recognition could save you money

Audi Traffic Light Recognition system (pictured) could save you money In the never ending quest to reduce fuel consumption – and, by definition, emissions – car makers are looking for every angle that might help. And Audi has come up with a traffic light recognition system they reckon could be good for a 15 per cent fuel saving. Sadly, Audi’s traffic light system doesn’t work by changing the lights to green as you get to them, but it is able to work out traffic light sequences and help you plan ahead.

Ford offers C-Max Hybrid owners rebates for overstated mpg

Fri, 16 Aug 2013

In the wake of Ford's decision yesterday to lower its fuel mileage estimates on the C-Max hybrid, the company says it will also offer a payment to C-Max hybrid owners and lease holders for the estimated average fuel cost between the new and former mpg figures. Owners will get a check for $550 while lessees will get $325. The window sticker on the C-Max hybrid will now read 43 mpg, instead of the originally promised 47 mpg.

George Formby's Rolls Royce goes to auction

Tue, 12 Nov 2013

A CLASSIC 1950 Rolls-Royce originally owned by British comedian and film star George Formby is up for grabs at auction on 30 November. The 1950 Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith was on display at that year’s Earls Court Motor Show and caught Formby’s eye, so he bought it there and then. Formby was a big customer for Rolls-Royce and owned 26 of the British luxury cars during his lifetime.
