Control speed, steering and on/off on your PowerDrive motor with the wireless CoPilot remote accessory. It installs easily with plug-n-play design and a receiver that attaches to the right side plate of the trolling motor mount. A plug is also included, allowing a corded foot pedal to be used in conjunction with CoPilot. Ferrari California Hybrid on the way? A patent application by Ferrari for a new hybrid system has lead to speculation that a Ferrari California Hybrid is on the way. Ferrari has been flirting with hybrid set-ups for years and actually previewed a 599 with a ‘HY-KERS’ hybrid system at Geneva 2012.

Italian company Miko specializes in the development and production of Dinamica, a high quality ecological microfiber that can be used for anything from car door panels or upholstery to fashion accessories. The faux suede material is produced from a combination of recycled polyester and polyurethane fibers, and is also 100 percent recyclable at the end of its lifecycle. Lorenzo Terraneo, CEO of Miko, says: "Our priority has always been to invest in the research and development of recycled and eco-compatible materials with special characteristics that go far beyond existing qualitative standards." It is a testament to Terraneo's commitment that his company achieved its early aspirations and eco credentials long before concern for the environment and the reduction of carbon emissions was high on the political agenda or prevalent in the public conscience.

2013 Ford Kuga: Price from £20,895

The 2013 Ford Kuga will cost from £20,895 for the entry-level Kuga 1.6T EcoBoost  150PS Zetec, rising to £29,545 for the Kuga 2.0TDCi  163PS AWD Titanium X. The starting point for entry in to the new Kuga is the  1.6T EcoBoost  150PS Zetec with FWD, which costs £1,000 less than the equivalent outgoing model, rising to the range-topping Kuga 2.0TDCi  163PS AWD Titanium X with all its bells and whistles for a shade under £30k. In fact, Ford say that all the like-for-like models in the new Kuga range actually come in at a lower price than the old model, citing the best-selling 2.0-litre TDCi 163PS model which, at £25,545, is £355 cheaper than in the current Kuga.
