This a new 200000 mile high mileage badge created using the fused deposition modeling process.  It is made from durable simulated brass color ABS plastic.   It will not tarnish or corrode.  It will withstand temperatures up to 190 degrees Fahrenheit.   It is not rare.  It is reasonably priced.  It is completely available.   It displays nicely on any vehicle such as a Volvo, Valliant, Volare, or Victory Motorcycle.  Or maybe if your name is Vicky or Victor or the like.  See the action photo included in this auction! (Action photo of back of car may or may not have the actual mileage badge in this auction and is for example purposes only but it is one manufactured like the one in this auction.) Each badge is hand made one at a time,  painted with high quality paint, and then sand finished for a nice end product.   This badge is ten percent bigger than originally designed, with bigger print, and higher contrast so it is easier to read from a greater distance.  Diameter of the badge is just slightly under three inches.  Quality 3M double sided foam adhesive tape is affixed to the back ready to install. Shipping will be regular mail in a padded envelope. See my other auctions for other mileage badges from 100k to 900k   Message me if you have an interest in mileages over 900k and I will start manufacturing them promptly.   REMEMBER THIS IS NOT A MASS PRODUCED FACTORY MADE ITEM.  IT IS HAND MADE ONE AT A TIME.   LOOK AT THE PHOTOS CAREFULLY.   DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE NOT CONFIDENT THAT THIS ITEM WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS AS DESCRIBED AND SHOWN.   Ask questions if you are not sure about anything.   Thanks for looking and have a great day!

Citroen C4 Aircross

Mon, 03 Oct 2011

The sister car to Peugeot's 4008, the C4 Aircross is Citroen's attempt at injecting its DNA into a SUV. We say 'injecting' because, as with its predecessor the C-Crosser, this car comes from a joint venture between PSA and Mitsubishi and – if you look closely – you'll see this car shares its roots with the Mitsubishi ASX. Regardless, Citroen claims the Aircross redefines the conventional cues of compact SUV design...

Peugeot 4008 Compact SUV arrives early

Fri, 30 Sep 2011

Peugeot 4008 arrives early We knew that PSA were going to take the underpinnings of the Mitsubishi ASX and make them their own. This morning we had the Citroen C4 Aircross and now we get its cousin – the Peugeot 4008. The Peugeot 4008 looks like a very good take on the ASX, with Peugeot’s latest design language in abundance – the new gob is a big improvement – and the promise of some decent compact SUV goodness from the French.

First Sight: Holden VE Commodore and Statesman

Fri, 28 Jul 2006

GM Holden last week launched its biggest program ever, the $1 billion all-new Holden VE Commodore range. Designed at Holden's Port Melbourne design center, the 4th generation Commodore is the first all-new model of the series to be fully designed and engineered in Australia. Previous generations of Commodore since 1978 have always been based on lengthened and widened Opel large car platforms of the day but since the demise of the European Omega in 2003, GM lacked a suitable rear-wheel-drive donor platform for a new Commodore, hence the clean sheet approach for the latest VE model.
