"The demensions are roughly 36inches tall by 22inches wide at the leading edge and has about 38inches of fabric on the trailing edge. The trailing edge fabric is than attached onto a 20 1/2 " wide ( 5/8" dia. ) wooden dowel. This new design allows the scoop to automatically self adjust to remain facing down wind keeping you cool by consistently forcing wind down the hatch whether docked or anchored. Super quiet and has been tested in wind up to 20 mph. It comes with everything you need for sailboat only installation. Most smokers want ban in cars
Mon, 21 Jul 2014NINE OUT of 10 (89%) of smokers say lighting up a cigarette or any form of tobacco should be banned in cars. Following on from the Welsh government’s announcement that it would outlaw smoking in cars where there are children as passengers, a study shows evens smokers think puffing on a cigarette in a car is not acceptable. Research carried out by Flexed shows 89% of smokers support a complete ban and 96% of non-smokers believe smoking in cars should be outlawed.
Land Rover previews Discovery Vision Concept ahead of NY show
Thu, 03 Apr 2014Land Rover has given a first taste of the Discovery Vision Concept, which will debut at the New York International Auto Show later this month. The concept introduces the design themes that will define both the next generation of Freelander/LR2 and Discovery/LR4 models. Land Rover had previously announced that it would align its models under three pillars - 'luxury' for Range Rovers, 'leisure' for Discovery models – of which the Freelander/LR2 becomes – and 'dual purpose' for the long-awaited replacement for the Defender.
