Floor mat retention holes are in the front mats, just like the factory mats (imagine that, factory mats are just like the factory mats). The gallery image (left to right) depicts the black, ivory then gray. Notice the similarity with the ivory and gray mat and with the tan and dark gray Lexus logo respectively. Black is black.
