Seat Announces Hot New Leon Pairing

SPANISH car maker Seat has announced details of two hot hatch versions of its popular new Leon model. The Leon Cupra and Cupra 280 variants boast 265 and 280 horsepower respectively, while the latter assumes the status of the most powerful Seat to date. Both are positioned above the current FR trim level.

Caterham The Caterham Formula 1 team has been sold to a consortium of Swiss and Middle-Eastern investors following a poor season so far in 2014. Rumours that Caterham would cut its losses have been rife, since team founder Tony Fernandes threatened to quit if things didn't improve this year. Hay fever drugs warning for drivers

THE HAY FEVER SEASON could bring danger to drivers from drugs, according to a survey. As many as 44% of motorists who use hay fever medication admitted to sometimes not, or never, checking the instructions to see if their driving ability is affected, the poll by road safety charity Brake and insurance company Direct Line found. And 17% of the 1,000 drivers questioned said they either ignored warnings not to drive while on medication or did not check the labels at all.
