But if you come to Cars UK regularly you will now be asking yourself “Didn’t that get launched last year?” And the answer is yes – we reported on the MX-5 20th at the time – but only in Japan for the JDM. The "G" is for Grossapach, Germany, the birthplace of Aufrecht.
Leno lines up electric Ford Focus for celebs to turn fast laps

The car that Leno hands to his guests is an electric-powered Ford Focus--a harbinger of a battery-powered Focus that Ford plans to put on sale in 2011. Leno's electric Focus uses the more-modern European Focus as its base, not the well-aged U.S.
