Amco called these grille guards to prevent confusion with bumper guards. They were designed to protect the rear of the car. The chrome is beautiful and has some cosmoline still on it, and comes with the hardware and instructions. It is mint. Amco was the premier maker of sports car accessories in the 1960's through the 1980's. They made shift knobs, grille and rear bumper guards, and floor mats that were considered genuine British Leyland Accessories for MG, Triumph, Jaguar, Austin, and Land Rover, as well as Datsun (Nissan), Toyota, Porsche, VW, Sunbeam, Toyota, Honda, English Ford and American cars.
