Up for sale is a genuine GM 3 1/2" speaker. It is in perfect, NOS unused condition, the GM part number is 9347606. This is correct for many GM models. Please do your homework on the part number and your application. These are extremely hard to find, especially in this condition! This is an original GM part, not a reproduction! By swinging open its suicide doors (FlexDoors, in GMspeak), we're given our first peek inside ahead of the new Meriva's Geneva motor show debut.It's very Astra-like in here, with a horizontal, wraparound 'wing' section circling the dashboard and running into the door cards. And – at last – the chunky A-pillars on the previous Meriva have been slimmed down a little, removing some of the hideous blindspot that's blighted the first-gen mini-MPV.

Two years after the Hyundai Coupe stopped being made, and more than a year after we ran spy shots of the Veloster, Hyundai finally manage to get a production version of the Veloster on a show stand. With its funky urban looks – like a squashed coupe version of the Hyundai Curb – the Veloster, complete with asymmetrical doors, promises to be at least as much fun as its progenitor – the Hyndai Coupe – was.
Interior Motives China Conference 2010: Day 1
Thu, 22 Apr 2010Despite Europe being grounded due to volcanic ash, the third Interior Motives China conference got underway in Beijing with a record number of delegates and speakers – proof, as if it were needed, that this event is now one of the most important in the global car design calendar. This year's theme was 'New brands and the search for a design identity', and among the audience were young Chinese designers keen to learn more about international car design techniques, as well as veteran western designers hoping to gain a deeper understanding of the market they are creating vehicles for. Session 1: The Market for Design Edward Wong, Director of Transportation Design at China Central Academy of Fine Arts (CAFA), set the mood for the conference in his long, flowing 'Chang San' robe (very traditional Chinese attire). He opened the conference and invited panellists to share their views on what China's needs are and explore what makes the market so unique.
