One NOS prototype 1984-1986 Mustang SVO 5-speed leather-wrapped shift knob... Ford part number E4ZX-7213-AA.  While it has no embossed shift pattern, it does have the embossed Hurst "H."

This knob will only fit the Mustang SVO's OE Hurst shifter.

While NOS, this knob has sat on our shelves for decades and has absolutely no overt damage as the pictures can attest. These knobs were never available thru Ford!!!  Make it part of your obscure parts collection or car show conversation piece!!!

Ford F-150 to deliver 20 percent fuel-economy gain with V6 engines

Ford Motor Co. today promised a 20 percent improvement in mileage in its 2011 F-150 pickups with a lineup of four new engines. A 3.7-liter V-6 will be standard; a 3.5-liter EcoBoost V-6 with turbocharging and direct injection will be optional.

McLaren MP4-12C gets the axe

Production of the McLaren 12C is dead. That's according to a letter sent by CEO Mike Flewitt to owners that read in part, “The final piece of news I wanted to share with you is regarding 12C production, which we have decided to cease in light of the success of 650S. The new car has been so well received since its unveiling at the Geneva motor show (we already have a six-month order bank), we will focus all our capacity at the McLaren Production Centre on 650S.” This represents a turnaround for the company that just a few days ago said the 650S would slot between the 12C and P1 in the lineup, and that both would continue.
