This is for the pair of adaptors shown. They are generally used with Superchargers/Blowers + Low inline dual quad or tunnel rams so that Holley Carburetors with Secondary metering / blocks, rather than metering plates can be installed end to end rather than sideways. Makes for better tuning by enabling for replaceable jets in the secondary's rather than jet metering plates which can be a hassle as well as eliminating the complicated linkage needed for sideways mounting. They were used for a mockup Only so gaskets will be needed. The original mounting fasteners were lost with the gaskets and I have added-replaced them with button head allen's as shown.
