Geneva 2014 debut for Vauxhall Astra VXR Extreme concept
Thu, 30 Jan 2014Vauxhall will unveil its fastest Astra model ever at this year’s 2014 Geneva Motor Show when it pulls the covers off its Astra VXR Extreme concept car. CDN-GM Interactive Design Contest 2012 finalists announced
Mon, 24 Sep 2012The CDN-GM Interactive Design Competition judges have announced the winners of the competition's first phase ahead of the launch of the second phase. This year saw another batch of high-quality entries from all over North America and the judges were understandably hard-pressed to pick out just a handful in each of the four brand categories. The judges gathered at GM's Design Center at the automaker's headquarters in Warren, Michigan, where they whittled down the shortlist.
College for Creative Studies provost, design guru dies
Sun, 30 Dec 2012Imre Molnar, the longtime academic chief at the prestigious College for Creative Studies in Detroit, died Dec. 28 of a heart attack while bicycle riding in California, the school announced. He was 61 years old.
