Ferrari announced its return to the rich blokes' track day market today with this road legal F430. Due to be unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show by Ferrari golden boy Michael Schumacher, the most hardcore F430 yet, named the Scuderia, or 'team' (a reference to the company's racing heritage), is likely to cost around £175,000, £45k more than the standard car.

Audi revealed the TT RS Plus back in February – ahead of a debut at the Geneva Motor Show in March – as a new range-topping model to sit above the existing TT RS. The TT RS Plus gets pretty much the same performance and power levels as the US version of the TT RS, but Audi has positioned the RS Plus at the top of the range in the UK and Europe as a more hard-core version of the regular RS.

Topping the list of 370Z talking points are a shorter wheelbase, a larger engine, a seven-speed automatic and the world’s first rev-matching six-speed manual gearbox. Nissan dubs it the ‘SynchroRev Match’ function (they would, wouldn't they?), and it essentially blips the throttle to smooth out any shifts.
