You are viewing a good working and tested OMC 800 lower unit. The unit will work with the 5.7 5.0 and 3.8 set ups. The oil was free of water or metal shaving when drained. Did a pressure test and is holding up pressure fine, also shifts and turns smooth in forward and reverse. The cable was still working but has some damage on the ends. Henrik Fisker launches new luxury sports car company
Tue, 25 Jan 2005Henrik Fisker and Bernhard Koehler have announced the opening of a new luxury car company, Fisker Coachbuild, based in Southern California to appeal to the global market. The focus of the company will be on designing and manufacturing exclusive high-end sports cars, which will be limited to 150 units per design and sold under the Fisker brand name, with world-wide distribution. The first public unveiling of the new designs will be scheduled towards the end of 2005, with production to commence during the second quarter 2006.
New Ford Mondeo: Estate, Hybrid and 4WD
Thu, 06 Sep 2012The 2013 Ford Mondeo will come as a regular five door and estate but there will also be a four wheel diesel and a hybrid option. We’ve already reported that the new Mondeo will get the 1.0 litre EcoBoost engine as an option – the first time any car in the D Segment has had such a small engine – but there’s more to the new Mondeo than just a headline little engine and an Aston Martin grill. As well as the frugal EcoBoost engine, Ford will also be launching their first hybrid in Europe with a Mondeo Hybrid boasting a 2.0-litre petrol engine with a 35kW lithium-ion battery to trim official emissions and consumption as much as possible.
