Up for auction is a complete set of drum brakes for a Porsche 356A (Fits other years of 356). This set was removed from a 1958 356A back in 1981 when the car was upgraded to the disk brake system from a 356C. Since that time they have been sitting in a box in the garage. The set is absolutely complete with all original Porsche or OG supplier parts for the system. Also included are 4 nos cylinder rebuild kits from Germany as well as new front bearing grease seals and spindle nuts and washers. Also a bag of new brake hardware springs and retaining clips. There is also 4 extra brake shoes (I think they are rear shoes). The rear oil slingers are also included. Just found 2 extra A backing plates and added to the photos.

The 4 drums are in excellent condition and have plenty of lining surface left on all 4. The rears have nice sharp splines (castle nuts too) And the fronts both have there original ball bearings. All 4 have the original studs and all are tight and have clean threads. (I may have all the lug nuts in the garage somewhere and if I find them they will be included).

All in all a very nice set that with a minimal amount of work can be bolted to your car and used with confidence. Very had to find all these parts together and most of the reproduction stuff out there is not as good as the original German supplied parts.

The set is heavy. The weight is about 90lbs. All items will be carefully boxed and shipped. Payment through pay pal is expected within 5 days of the end of this auction. Please bid with confidence. I`m a long time Porsche owner. Shipping will be calculated at the end of the auction. This item is heavy aprox 80lbs. The shipping price shown is not correct. I will send the shipping coast to the buyer at the end of the auction.
