Rare, vintage original NOS (New Old Stock) 1950s Ansen cast aluminum intake manifold for Ford Model B engines.  Designed to be used with two three-bolt carbs such as Stromberg 97, 94 or 48s.  Complete with hard-to-find original linkage arm. Perfect overall condition especially for it's age, but it has never been bolted on an engine, all the threads in the bolt holes are good, very rare intake as seen the attached photos.  (The last two photos show Ansen intakes such as this one in a early '50s Ansen catalog.  The catalog is not included in this auction, it is for reference only).  Came from a Speed Shop that opened in the '50s and closed it's doors in the early '80s.  The perfect addition to any early hot rod project!

Check my other auctions for additional rare and desirable parts from this great estate find.  I will combine auctions where it is possible.

Buyer pays actual shipping. No handling charges. No personal checks accepted.

I have included the Zoom and Enlarge feature, look at the photos and bid accordingly, sold as is.  I will answer any questions you might have.

By Tim Pollard First Official Pictures 08 January 2010 15:30 Peugeot is signalling a fresh design direction with this brave new SR1 concept car. And if it doesn't look like a Peugeot, that's deliberate. It's all change at Peugeot, tacit admission that its design has erred in recent years.
