This auction is for a VERY HARD TO FIND REBUILT WIPER MOTOR for the 1958-1967 JAGUAR MKII MK2 AS WELL AS THE ASTON MARTIN DB2 DB2/4 1954-1959. IF YOU ARE RESTORING A MKII OR ASTON MARTIN THIS IS THE REAL DEAL TO MAKE IT MORE AUTHENTIC.

This 75311 LUCAS motor has been completely RESTORED. We replaced the brushes, glass beaded the case and resprayed it with the original GREY HAMMERTONE PAINT OR BLACK WRINKLE FINISH, the armature was tested and rewound if necessary and the fields were tested and replaced if defective. We polished the dated ID PLATE, REPLACED THE HARNESS WITH A NEW PROPER COLOUR-CODED CLOTH COVERED LOOM and bench tested the finished assembly.
All of our rebuilt wiper motors come with a 12 MONTH UNLIMITED MILEAGE REPLACEMENT WARRANTY.

Audi will take advantage of New York's 'Festival of Ideas' to display their vision of Manhattan in 2030, an objective that fulfills part of the German automaker's Urban Future Initiative. Now in its second year (the first was held in Venice last year) the initiative was created with the intention of looking at the future of megacities as well as individual transport methods and mobility. For Project New York, Audi will be bringing together architects, designers, artists and researchers to visualize ideas for the city's future, and the carmaker has collaborated with the Architizer architecture community to create a 1:1200 scale model of Manhattan.

Nissan has been ferrying Londoners and tourists round the capital in the Nissan LEAF EV free of charge as part of its ‘Big Turn On’ campaign. Yesterday we reported that a Nissan LEAF was going to go backwards up the hillcimb at Goodwood in a bid for a reversing speed record, and to draw attention to the LEAF’s strengths as part of Nissan’s ‘Big Turn On’ campaign. We’re not too sure how being able to go backwards as quickly as you can forwards in a LEAF is a big selling point, but Nissan’s stunt in London this week is far more relevant – they’ve been offering fee taxi rides in the electric LEAF to tourists and Londoners alike.
