Offered is an original Zenith Carburetor as assembled on 1929-1930 Model A Fords.  The top and bottom assemblies are matching Zenith with the top with a "Z" on the barrel and the bottom has an "ZENITH-1" on embossed on it.  This carburetor has been stripped to bare, shiny metal and all passages have been cleared.  It was painted with flat, fuel resistant lacquer, to copy the original flat black (Japan Black) finish.  Correctly assembled per the Judging Standards.  Choke and accelerator levers are forged brass.  The idle air adjustment screw is 3/8"  brass heat with pressed cap.  All jets are the correct original jets with numbers stamped on them for this year and Zenith body, including #19 Compensator jet and #21 Cap jet...neither of these are being reproduced.  The correct jets will cause this carburetor to operate as originally designed.  The float valve has been upgraded to a modern Viton seal, to prevent leaks and the float has been correctly adjusted.  All new gaskets and seals included and installed.  This carburetor is restored to 1929-1930  specifications, but it will operate on any Model A Ford. I do not have a Model A engine to test run it on, so it will need final adjustments including the idle screw and choke driver.
