I may ask that you keep the item a few days before discarding or email me some pictures in case there is a dispute on the insurance claim. Simply put, I will handle it. You’re out nothing. I ship everything with Delivery Confirmation.

Items with a selling price of $250 and over will require a signature as proof of delivery. Lost in transit items: If you think your item is lost, contact me. I’ll do everything I can to locate it, even if it means calling a postmaster somewhere and saying, “Hey! We have a problem!” Believe me, I've done this before and it works. If not, it’ll take about 30 business days before I can file a claim and issue a refund for loss.

GM cuts Facebook ad spending, but Ford steps on the gas

Wed, 16 May 2012

On the eve of Facebook's wildly anticipated initial public stock offering, General Motors said May 15 that it will stop buying advertisements on Facebook--about $10 million a year--but "remains committed" to the social network as part of "an aggressive content strategy with all our products and brands." In other words, GM will not pay Facebook for ads but will continue to maintain content, for which Facebook doesn't collect revenue. News of the decision was reported in The Wall Street Journal. But GM's position is far from universal.

GM recalls 2013 Cadillac SRX, Buick LaCrosse for software fix

Wed, 20 Mar 2013

General Motors is recalling about 26,500 copies of the 2013 Buick LaCrosse sedan and Cadillac SRX crossover for a software problem that could cause the automatic transmission to shift out of manual mode. The affected vehicles are equipped with the Driver Shift Control feature, which allows the driver to shift the automatic transmission similar to a manual transmission. GM said in a report filed with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration that the software problem may cause the transmission to shift unexpectedly from manual mode back to the automatic transmission, which removes any transmission-related engine braking.
