Clinton, Washington, United States
Condition:New

I am selling this light fixture that is new but not in the original packaging.  This is the harder to find Almond colored and not the standard white.   I purchased this to install in my 1992 Lazy Daze Motor Home but sold it before installation.  They have the standard 1141 bulb socket and I replace the original incandescent bulbs with LED’s but never hooked them up.  They measure 1.75" thick, 5.5" wide and 11'5" long.
Please pay within two days of the close of the auction and do not bid unless you really intend to buy the item.
SHIPPING IS FOR CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY

Please do not bid if you are anywhere else as I can’t ship there.  The amount I charge for shipping is an estimate that includes a tracking number.  It is as low as I believe I can make it before I begin losing money.  When bidding on e-bay always include this cost as part of your overall bid and you can’t go wrong.  I will ship the item as soon as I receive the payment,  however, I live in the country and our post office is closed on the weekends.  Thank You

Concept Car of the Week: BMW Turbo (1972)

Fri, 14 Feb 2014

Built by Michelotti in Turin and unveiled at the 1972 Paris motor show, the BMW Turbo was built both as a symbol of the carmaker's strength after its troubles in the ‘60s and as a celebration of that summer's Olympic Games in Munich. This two-door coupe, based on a modified 2002 chassis with a mid-mounted engine, was born when BMW's design director Paul Bracq convinced the board to let him design a concept that would be part design exercise, part technology testbed. Safety had become an increasingly important consideration following a number of design summits in the early ‘70s, and Bracq used the Turbo to test out a number of safety solutions.
