The latest episode walks viewers through the carmaker's history and evolution and features former Porsche director of design Harma Lagaaij – credited with the design of the 924 and also BMW's Z1 – along with a number of automotive critics and historians along with Speaking of the part he played in the evolution of Porsche, he says "I was never afraid of changing this icon. Ginza, Tokyo - Honda recently had a small exhibition to show their progression of IP and binnacle design. Situated in the design gallery of Matsuya, one of Tokyo's premier department stores, it included a chronology of Honda dashboards from the first Civic to tomorrow's FCX. Opposite this was a grid of recesses, which each contained dials taken from the current range of Honda road cars.

Chrysler unplugs Envi electric-vehicle division

Envi, the team of engineers charged with developing electric vehicles for Chrysler, has been disbanded. A spokesman told Reuters that development of electric cars will be integrated into the company's traditional structure. “Envi is absorbed into the normal vehicle-development program,” Chrysler spokesman Nick Cappa told the wire service.
