It includes the horrible neoclassics that plagued the 1970s, and the 1995 revival of the Packard name that attempted to stick a shortened rendition of the famous Packard grille in front of a 440-hp V12, all wrapped in a shape that looked like a melted Twix, as shown above. Bus service cuts 'at critical level'
Wed, 11 Dec 2013CUTS TO bus services are now reaching "critical levels", according to a report by the Campaign for Better Transport (CBT). As many as 47% of local authorities in England and Wales have reduced their support for buses for 2013, while the 2014/15 financial year is likely to be a difficult one for bus services, said CBT. Three councils have stopped supporting services and others might follow, warned the CBT, whose report is entitled Buses In Crisis and is based on responses to Freedom of Information Act requests made to all local transport authorities regarding supported buses.

With Detroit pretty much done and dusted, it’s time for car makers to begin teasing their offerings for Geneva 2012 (which we saw some of even before Detroit). Today it’s the turn of Mercedes with a video tease for the 2012 Mercedes A-Class, coupled with a competition too (although that seems to be just for Germany).
