The 2.0-liter TFSI is bolstered to 211 hp and 258 lb-ft of torque thanks to Audi's valvelift system, which also improves efficiency.

Vauxhall has become an official World Speed Record holder after the FIA and MSA confirmed an average speed of more than 125mph in its 3,000-mile 24-hour speed trial event. The news also means that MSN Cars contributor Richard Aucock has become a World Speed Record holder – he was one of the drivers in the team of 12 that piloted the two cars around Bedfordshire’s Millbrook Proving Ground late last autumn. Peugeot Expands 308 Range With Load-Lugging SW

The 308 SW will get its public debut at the Geneva Motor Show next month, with cars hitting the showrooms this summer. Offering the same minimalist driving environment as the hatch, complete with a large colour touchscreen for access to the car’s main features, the SW also includes a wide range of fuel-efficient petrol and diesel engines.
