Up for auction today is a Snap On Micro VAT. Model number EECS304B1. This is a Battery, charging, & starting system tester. I guess these are hard to find as I couldn't find any others on ebay for sale. Item comes in a hard case. Instructions are included. Has micro vat and battery leads. One of the leads does have some black electrical tape on it. I have not removed it to see what it looks like underneath. I did hook it up to the battery in my truck and it powers on and seems to work fine. E-mail me with any questions and thanks for looking.
