Vintage (around 1960) Snap-on tools 3/8" drive dial type 150inlb torque wrench TQ12B in excellent used condition. This model was first introduced in 1955 and was replaced after 1967. The 7 on the handle identifies the location that is 7" from the torque center. I tested this against a recently calibrated click torque wrench and it seems very close. Has torque range of 0 to 150 in.lb. No owner ID markings.

Lexus suspends sales of GX SUV in wake of magazine report

Lexus said Tuesday that it was putting a temporary halt to sales of the 2010 GX 460 after Consumer Reports said it found the SUV to be a safety risk and urged its readers not to buy the vehicle until it is fixed. The magazine hasn't branded a vehicle as unfit to buy in nearly 10 years. In a statement, Lexus general manager Mark Templin said Toyota Motor Corp.

But at the Sepang Track in Malaysia this morning, Lewis Hamilton had no such problems and was ahead of the pack from lights to flag to take a convincing win for Mercedes, 17.3 seconds ahead of his team mate Nico Rosberg in second place with reigning champion Sebastian Vettel trailing in third. An impressive Mercedes one-two in Kuala Lumpur.

Potholes claims rise by 750%

CLAIMS for damage to cars have risen by as much as 750% due to the poor state of the UK’s roads after the winter’s floods. One council has reported an increase in claims from motorists whose cars have suffered broken suspension and steering. Somerset Council said it has experienced a 750% rise in claims for the period from January to February 2014 compared to the same period the previous year.
