Stainless Steel 316 Anchor Chain 6mm Or 1/4" By 15' Long With Quality Shackles on 2040-parts.com
Henrico, Virginia, United States
STAINLESS STEEL (316) Anchor Chain 6mm (1/4") by 15' in length includes quality forged shackles on each end The photos are actually of our 6' (six feet) chain, but this listing is for 15' (fifteen feet) of chain. This is a quality marine grade stainless steel (AISI 316) chain specifically cut for anchor chain. The link size is 6mm or 1/4" equivalent. Included are two oversized marine grade stainless steel (AISI 316) anchor shackles. Each shackle is 8mm. The total length of chain is 15' measured before the shackles are added. Both the link and the shackles are marked in the European specification style of 6mm (for the chain link size) and 8mm (for the shackle size). The Imperial equivalent is generally considered to be 1/4" or 15/64" for the chain link size. The shackles are forged, which for load applications is better than cast. AISI 316 stainless is a premium grade of stainless and is considered by many to be best in class. 316 stainless is corrosion resistant and very durable even in the harshest of conditions. A Very Merry F1 Christmas!
Thu, 25 Dec 20082008 has been a pretty eventful year in Formula 1. Lots of highs and lows; arguments over penalties for some drivers and not for others; new venues with stunning facilities and some pretty impressive racing to boot. Which should give F1 Supremo Bernie Ecclestone some great options for his annual Christmas card to close friends.
