    Steel construction with black paint finish designed to stay on the steering column all the time giving your ignition an armored covering and a removable cross bar that will effectively stop steering wheel rotation.

    You will get a two piece steering wheel neck guard that is install with 2 breakaway screws (also inclued), the cross bar  and a American  pad lock that is issued by the Lok-itt  .
