Striker makes premium ice fishing apparel and has hundreds of products for the winter sports enthusiast. The Lake Effect brand was their original snowmobile apparel brand. These Lake Effect gauntlet gloves compare well to the best models from the top names in the business. Super efficient, ergonomic design and comfortable. We have sold all brands of snowmobile gloves including Klim, FXR, Castle, HMK, ColdWave, Motorfist and more, and these gloves outperform them all in terms of performance on the trail and price. These gloves usually sell at $64.95 but we are in final liquidation mode so the price is set ridiculously low to move them out FAST. Great for winter ATV riding, on the ice and for work gloves too. The Hipora liner keeps the water out PERIOID. Goatskin leather palm keeps your grip on the handlebars. Gauntlet is sized to easily fit over jacket sleeve and then, if you want, secure with corded gauntlet closure. Compare the specs and you will see that these are the real deal. Over 90% of customers surveyed will purchase this glove again! Chances are that one of your riding buddies already wears these and you don't even know it!

Features:

  • Waterproof/Breathable Shell
  • Goatskin Leather Palm & Fingertips
  • Padded Back of Hand
  • Hipora Waterproof Liner
  • 200g Thinsulate (back)
  • 75g Thinsulate (palm)
  • Wiper Blade
  • Wrist Closure Strap
  • Reflective Elements
  • Corded Gauntlet
  • Small Lake Effect logo

Sizing Note: These gloves run close to proper size (some say maybe 1/2 size small). Don't buy too big or your hands may have too much play inside during aggressive riding. The author of this post wears a size L glove in most brands and also wears size L in this glove. The 2XL is only slightly larger than XL in terms of finger length, so this 2XL will feel somewhat small for the person with heavy hands. The men's model is different from the women's model by one size, and the men's is all black.

Twenty-eight improvements on the 2014 Camaro Z/28

Tue, 18 Feb 2014

The 2014 Chevy Camaro Z/28 doesn't arrive until spring, but the company is priming our pumps now, so we'll be ready to spend that $75,000 when the time comes. On Tuesday, the company laid out 28 reasons why the Z/28 “rules the road course.” Before we get to the reasons, Chevy let us in on the three keys during development. First, it increased grip.
