This is a Trans-dapt CD-4 Pontiac V8 to Ford Flathead transmission bellhousing adapter. This is aluminum, it does not appear to have been really used but given its age I cannot say it is new. This should fit Pontiac V8s from 1961-1964 I believe. Also included is a pilot bearing adapter, it looks rusty but might clean up to be used.
