You are purchasing 1 very good used cylinder head Chrome nut for the Jaguar 6 cylinder XK engines 1949-87. Some of these cars are XK120, XK140, XK150, XKE, XJ6, MKI, MKII, 3.8 3.8S, MKVII, MKVIII,MKIX, MKX. The earlier 6 cylinder cars used the chrome nuts and the later ones used the zinc style. Please check you head to make sure they match. This is a chrome nut.

This is in very good used shape, it may be new because the edges do not look like a wrench has been on them, they are sharp, but there is some chrome lost (see 2nd photo) on the side so we are listing this as used. The domed head look great, no chrome lost.

Good spare to have in your toolbox. This is the only one we have.

From a vintage British inventory, part number C2328.

Photo is the actual part.

Exclusive: 2012 Bentley Continental GTC spied – with new V8

Sun, 10 Jul 2011

First photo of a V8 Bentley Continental We had the launch of the new Bentley Continental GT – the 2011 car – back in September at the Paris Motor Show, but we’re still waiting for what will now be the 2012 Bentley Continental GTC – the drop-top Conti. We had a photo of the new GTC – complete with a slightly odd two-tone paint job – drop in last week, and we’d planned to run the story today – it’s a good filler for a Sunday. But it’s turned in to a bit more than that.

One-off Porsche 911 Carrera 4S celebrates 5 million Facebook fans

Mon, 05 Aug 2013

Porsche has built a special 911 Carrera 4S (pictured) to celebrate 5 million Facebook Fans Car makers do like to get their Facebook fans to ‘design’ a car; it’s a good way of drawing fans in to the brand and give them an idea of what floats buyers’ boats. Some are not all that impressive, but the 911 Carrera 4S Porsche has built in celebration of getting 5 million fans on Facebook – designed with input from those fans – is actually quite understated. It comes in a quite fetching shade of Aqua Blue Metallic, a set of white 20″ alloys (a bit tacky), sports suspension and exhaust, an Aerokit with big back spoiler, personalised sill plates, brushed aluminium trim inside and a plaque telling the world this is a Porsche designed by 5 million Facebook fans.
