Going through the many, many boxes that I inherited, that were stored in an air conditioned storage down here in Florida, I found a set of brand new genuine Ford Racing mud flaps. They are new, never been attached to a vehicle and have no holes or screw marks of any kind, and, to cover my but, I did list them as new but they may have a couple of very minor storage scuffs which I couldn't find. All four mud flaps are richly etched in silver with the Ford logo and the word "Racing" in cursive. VERY COOL!!! Two of the flaps are 13 1/4" at their longest, 7 1/8" at their widest, and are over an 1/8" thick. They other two measures 15 1/8" at their longest, 9" at their widest, and are also a tad over an 1/8" thick. Here is a chance to not just customize and doll up your car, truck, van, RV, etc., etc. but add a lot of protection to those rockers from mud, snow, and gravel at a very low, affordable investment. I mean, you are looking at a ton of protection for less than $5.00 a flap. WOW~WHAT A DEAL!!!

Ford software maximizes hybrid efficiency
Fri, 09 Nov 2012Ford will use a little navigation wizardry on two of its hybrids: the C-Max Energi plug-in and Fusion. The system will use GPS data and an algorithm to predict when a driver is close frequented destinations. The car will adjust powertrain controls to maximize efficiency.Ford calls the feature EV+, which is part of SmartGauge, standard on the Fusion Energi and C-Max Energi plug-ins and on hybrid models.
Jeep uncovers the 2012 Grand Cherokee SRT8 packing 465 hp
Tue, 19 Apr 2011Following a one-year hiatus, Jeep is returning the fire-breathing Grand Cherokee SRT8 to the lineup for 2012, which made its world debut at the New York Auto Show. Central to the changes is a new 6.4-liter Hemi V8 engine producing 465 hp and 465 lb-ft of torque--a 45-hp and 45-lb-ft improvement over the outgoing 6.1-liter unit. Jeep says the SRT8 is good to hit 60 mph in 4.8 seconds, cover the quarter-mile in the mid-13-second range and reach a top speed of 155 mph.
