These are new old stock, and the only markings i can find are on the backs of them 14-19 14-22 14-23 14-24. The diameter of the inner hole is approx 13.5, and the diameter around the inner flange is approximately 14 7/8ths inch. The overall outside demension is 18 1/4in I've never seen or used these before so i can't say i know much about them. The man had a 1941 packard that he was restoring and I'm not sure if they were going to be used on that car.  They are estate fresh and could use a detailed cleaning. I leave the cleaning to the collectors. One of the add ons is scuffed and dirty, this was the top one of the pile that was shelved. They seem to be in good usable condition, but I'm selling them as is. No refunds, no returns, ask any questions before bidding thanks.
