This is a rebuilt TAMD 41 Volvo Penta Marine engine. Unit is complete and ready for operation. It was part of a fleet system and kept as a spare.

We bought out a business that was switching from Volvo Marine to Cat Marine.

The engine was run at the rebuilder, but never installed in a vessel.

Comes with a turbo, alternator, heat exchangers and starter as shown. Basically, what you see is what you get. Engine does have a new turbo and a new cylinder head. There is some surface rust on the painted exterior of the block from being stored.

Look at the pictures closely and ask any questions before you purchase.

Returns are accepted for 14 days, buyer will pay return freight.

Item will be shipped freight to a local terminal, commercial address with a dock or a commercial address with a forklift. If you need special shipping requirements, contact us prior to purchasing.

Alpine Celebration At French Historic Endurance Event

RENAULT will be out in force at this weekend’s Le Mans Classic. The historic alternative to the highly charged modern Le Mans 24-hour endurance race has proven popular with fans, and the French car maker will be celebrating its Alpine sub-brand by running three cars. This seventh running of the classic race will see an Alpine M65, Alpine-Renault A110 and Alpine-Renault A443 take to the famous circuit.

Fiat has issued this Youtube video of its new 500X crossover, which is destined to launch the Italian brand into the compact SUV market dominated by the Nissan Juke. Although an annoyingly restricted view of the 500X, it is possible to make out the silhouette and outline of the baby crossover, which goes on sale in the UK in time for the new 15-reg launch in March 2015. See the Fiat 500X in full at the 2014 Paris motor show on 2 October – we’ll have the first official photographs and news the moment the covers come off.
