Wells RB962 Distributor Cap     Item Description The Wells Vehicle Electronics distributor cap receives high secondary current from the rotor and the coil; each ignition wire is connected to the cap and those wires complete the current path to the spark plug. When it is not replaced, the towers on the distributor cap will either oxidize or corrode, creating a high secondary resistance which can result in rotor and ICM (Ignition Control Module) failure, reduced mileage, CEL (Check Engine Light) illumination, catalytic converter failure or a failed emission test. Wells Vehicle Electronics distributor caps are designed to meet or exceed Original Equipment (OE) specifications in form, fit and function. Thu, 23 Jan 2014UK car manufacturing hits six-year high in 2013 The car market in Europe may have been a painful place in 2013, but that hasn’t stopped UK car manufacturing continuing to grow, with 2013 delivering a total of 1,509,762 cars – the highest total since 2007 and up 3.1 per cent on 2012. That impressive total is made up from a wide variety of car manufacturers, from the volume producers like Jaguar Land Rover, Nissan, Toyota and MINI to smaller sales volume from supercar makers Aston Martin. In fact the rate of growth and investment is so strong – moire than £2.5 billion in investment announcements in 2013 – that the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) are reporting that analysts believe the UK’s car manufacturing could break all-time records in the next four years.

Valuable 1932 Ford stolen before Goodguys car show, recovered the next day
Wed, 21 Sep 2011Authorities have recovered a valuable Ford Deuce coupe stolen before the Goodguys car show last weekend in Indianapolis. The 1932 Ford, estimated to be worth $300,000, was taken on Friday from a car hauler in a hotel parking lot, the Indiana State Police said. The car was found in the driveway of a vacant house on the city's southwest side after being spotted by a citizen who tipped off police.
