It is the screw on type and features a brass insert (5/16" X 18 fine thread) It will fit all 1941- 1945 T-84 military jeep transmissions and 1946-1971 T-90 3 speed CJ transmissions. It will fit all WW II, Korean War (M-38) and M 38-A1 military jeeps. It also fits all 1946-1971 civilian jeeps CJ-2A through CJ-5. It also fits Willy's Jeep Pickup trucks 1947-1964 as well as all Jeep Cab Over Forward Control Trucks. It also fits all Willy's Jeep Station Wagons. Chevrolet Volt prices announced
Wed, 28 Jul 2010GM has revealed that the Volt hybrid could cost $33,500 (£21,000) in the US after government tax credits, making it nearly £2000 cheaper than Nissan’s Leaf electric car. The Volt’s List price is $41,000 (£26,300) but qualifies for a subsidy thanks to its low emissions. A basic Volt comes with Bluetooth and sat-nav but buyers can add leather seats and steering wheel, heated seats, rear camera, polished wheels and park assist.
Mercedes to build CLS Shooting Brake
Tue, 09 Nov 2010Mercedes has announced that the CLS Shooting Brake, which was shown as a concept at the Beijing motor show in April 2010, will go into production in 2012. Well, if you want a car that will turn heads around town – and find the E-class estate has a little too much room – then this is the car for you. Mercedes flatly refuses to admit that the CLS Shooting Brake is an estate, preferring to call it a ‘sporty four-door coupe with a sloping tail end based on the CLS’. In essence, this car is a hatchback version of the CLS, and despite a slightly raised roof, it still sits a full 10cm lower than its E-class sibling.
