It is the screw on type and features a brass insert (5/16" X 18 fine thread) It will fit all 1941- 1945 T-84 military jeep transmissions and 1946-1971 T-90 3 speed CJ transmissions. It will fit all WW II, Korean War (M-38) and M 38-A1 military jeeps. It also fits all 1946-1971 civilian jeeps CJ-2A through CJ-5. It also fits Willy's Jeep Pickup trucks 1947-1964 as well as all Jeep Cab Over Forward Control Trucks. It also fits all Willy's Jeep Station Wagons. This knob will dress up the interior of your Willy's Jeep vehicle and replace worn cracked or missing gear shift knobs. It matches our Transfer Case Knobs sold elsewhere in our listings.
