"NEW"379999 OMC 0379999 PINION GEAR FOR UPPER CASE 165 170 & 190 1972-1977 MODEL. This I consider new old stock; comes out of a new disassembled new gear-case. Check verify/compare with your part's parts-book or mechanic to make sure you know what you buying; ask all questions you may have before hitting the buy button so you can't claim afterwards "its not as described"  Also take note; under this 379999 number OMC included the bearing; this gear comes without the bearing; but is available for additional costs.

GM recalls small cars to fix steering problem

A problem with the power-steering system is prompting General Motors to recall 1.3 million small cars. There have been reports of 14 crashes and one injury related to the steering problem, GM said on Tuesday. The recall covers 2005-10 Chevrolet Cobalts and 2007-10 Pontiac G5s sold in the United States.

Nissan Motor Co. has notified some Juke owners that if they are unhappy about a goof in the car's marketing material, Nissan will buy it back from them. Materials for some all-wheel-drive Juke models mistakenly said the crossover's fuel tank contains 13.2 gallons, the same as the front-wheel-drive version.
