A HONDA NSX supercar once regularly driven by legendary Formula 1 driver Ayrton Senna is coming up for auction. The stunning car, which is still in exemplary condition, was bought for Senna by his manager and friend Antonio Carlos de Almeida Braga, for the three-time World Champion to use when visiting his home in Portugal. After Senna’s untimely death in 1994, the NSX sat for two years in Portugal, with strict instructions that no one should be allowed to use it – or even touch it.

Land Rover builds 1,000,000th Discovery

The 1,000,000th Land Rover Discovery has rolled off the line at the company's Solihull plant in West Midlands in the United Kingdom. To celebrate the milestone, Land Rover is sending the SUV on an 8,000-mile, 13-country “Journey of Discovery” from Birmingham to Beijing for the motor show on April 23. Honda Civic GX drivers in California are smiling this week as they continue to have access to the high-occupancy-vehicle lane, even with just one person in the car. Even though one-occupant hybrid cars have lost access to the carpool lane, natural-gas-powered vehicles get to use it for another four years. Beginning on July 1, yellow-stickered partial hybrids were banned from HOV areas on the highways unless they carried the mandated number of people.
