Purchases are insured against lost, and a registered number is provided which can be used to track the package’s progress on usps.com. It is not cheap, so I would combine purchases with friends and split the cost. Charges for this service are; $13.00 charge for using registered mail (tracking & insurance), a $2.00 charge for the first item for a total of $15.00, then $1.50 for each additional item. I must hand deliver these items to the post office, then stand in line to fill out 2 different forms, 1 for registered mail and 1 for customs, then pay for the postage. Used cars 'getting cheaper'
Thu, 10 Oct 2013CONSUMERS holding on to their motor for longer are driving down the cost of used cars, according to new research. The average price for a second-hand car in July-September 2011 was £8,870 - a 2.4% decline compared with the same period a year ago, according to the Auto Trader company. It is the first time the price has dipped below £9,000 since the company started tracking the market in January 2010.

Thu, 23 Jan 2014UK car manufacturing hits six-year high in 2013 The car market in Europe may have been a painful place in 2013, but that hasn’t stopped UK car manufacturing continuing to grow, with 2013 delivering a total of 1,509,762 cars – the highest total since 2007 and up 3.1 per cent on 2012. That impressive total is made up from a wide variety of car manufacturers, from the volume producers like Jaguar Land Rover, Nissan, Toyota and MINI to smaller sales volume from supercar makers Aston Martin. In fact the rate of growth and investment is so strong – moire than £2.5 billion in investment announcements in 2013 – that the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) are reporting that analysts believe the UK’s car manufacturing could break all-time records in the next four years.
